O1 : Publications Policy in the CoP

This output has several parts namely :
- a Quality and Editorial Board that will be responsible for the setting of quality standards, formats and protocol for the research and publication activities in the CoP. The Board will be made up of a member each from NTNU, Akdeniz University, CIPFPM and ValIda bringing together tertiary, VET and academic experience and expertise.
- the foundations and parameters for research and publishing of papers including the format, discipline, template requirements and quality criteria for publication and review. These will be delivered also as guidelines for research in the tools for research, publishing and peer review.
- the dynamic that the technical tools will need to facilitate between the proposer and reviewers, the tools for peer review and the criteria for self / peer review and assessment of publications.
- decisions regarding the tools for submission and publication of papers
- decisions regarding the tools for peer review
- the design of training content in research praxis and publishing discipline for the four training activities of UPPScience and
- the delivery of training on research practices, quality, format, peer review, cooperation and standards in Rome, Targu Jiu, Antalya and Malta. The training in Rome and Malta will be delivered by CIPFPM and ValIda. The training in Antalya will be delivered by Akdeniz, ValIda and CIPFPM. The training in Targu Jiu will be delivered by Akdeniz and ValIda. This training will complement the delivery of training content from IO2 on behaviour in CoP, cooperation, dynamic and use of tools.

The costs related to this IO are staff costs of the partner organisations involved and the travel costs for the delivery of the training in the four training activities of UPPScience.
